Its been feeded in our minds to us while we are a teenager that you need to secure good marks so that you will have a good college , once you are in college you need to enroll for your self various kind of extra curricular activities so that you will be more approachable in the corporate world. 

This means, ultimately you are supposed to land in job culture , which is meant to 9 to 5 job but huhh, its fake. You can login your self at once but you dont know by the time you finishes your lunch at 4.PM slogging your self at your desk. Eventually you will be in a trap of mis leading questions from supervisor on the deliverables and actionables given to you.

One may think, over the period of time gaining enough experience, still struggling to speed up the requirement and maintains a backlog under the carpet.

Its happening across the all corporate work culture, which is treated as hardworking employee. Things are delegated down the line and superior subordinate tug of war is jolted between them. Resulting unwanted exchanges of thoughts which ends up resulting mental traumas.

Living such a life under air conditioned jail, is nothing but you release your self on parole for few hours just sleep at night in your so called four walled EMI ladden shack.Yess, its parole for yourself so that you will serve your self in jail. 

A honest review was conducted among the Indian corporate employees to check whether working in corporate is more happening as they thought or its a daily nightmare.

Hence all of a sudden its a weakest point was asked so far to them, they bursted them out in limited spaces and so called AI based matrix which brings out trueview about the employees working in any corporate.

Unexpected targets and sleepless nights with a forum which demands a out of the box performance and supplies a limited amount of growth after a health hampering years.

You cant keep your self for your family  as well when its needed the most. In my known acquaintance god bless them with twins So that colleague was eligible for paternal leave as he was male employee . Maternal leave n paternal leaves are pre approved leaves as per given conditions in Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 is an act essentially providing for the regulation of employment for an expecting mother for a particular time period before and after child birth. When a Law protects your rights on leaves are allowed after a child birth but same is not allowed to male employee just because he is not pain or he needs to deliver the actionables rather than his wife you had experienced twice labor pain and in no help from husband.

Period of Covid, work from home concept was introduced which act a boon for many of us like , no travelling , less expenses but again we evolve with an online culture to meet at #MsTeams or #Whatsapp or  a Zoom Call. Under this time many people have utilised thier travel time to learn and add different skills sets which had tested thier perception n visions. Consequently they had brought different avenues like trading , affiliate marketing and teaching freelancing for any type of technical jobs like helping youtubers to create thumbnails, translaters in english to hindi or any other vernacular language. 

Working in corporate helps to bring the real in yourself but it needs to pay a huge amount of time n life which may leads to a never ending demands. 

We as Indians after 75 th Independence speech from Mr Pm Narendra Modi sir, address youth India to vision India as developed nation. We need more self owned business structure and dwelling more capitalist activities . Vocal for locals and Indian based economy. Further Indian generation needs to inculcate different types of activities and skills which will help India to be self reliant and have different indigenous developed technical skills. This can be achived using various platforms at initial stage of a student.
We need to change the pattern of schools and our existing curicullum to focus more on development of skills based economy. One can grow and excel in any skills which any one wants at initiate in childhood.
Then nurture the same set of skills add and improve along in various age groups.

When we talk about from individual to a country level forum then various efforts are needed right from incentives in learning skills and governement based programs. ITI is an existing initiative which is still struggling to grow with latest requirement in the fields of tech world. Its a request to our existing governement and all state governement to bring at an alarming changes in our education system, promote business mind set forums across region in the same and at country level. Indians are more hardworking and consistent in performing various tasks at ease. World had recognised as service centre through IT tech support but need to evolve more and above ot this through Chip level design , increase of manufacturing hubs , special economic zones , development of ports, green energy hydel projects at Coastliness using waves water to generate electricity and windmills solar base stations, which can resolve the dependence on coal based electricity generation, electric cars will reduce consumptions of petrol n diesels, same funds can be utilised in empowering the 2nd largest population on earth.
