#RIP Raju Srivastava was on life support in the ICU and his health was critical, according to sources at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi , today he was confirmed as dead by Doctors. He was 58. He was critical and on a ventilator in the intensive care unit (ICU) for 43 days after suffering a heart attack on August 10. On 4th September 2022, Ex Tata Sons Chairman Cyrus Mistry died in a car accident near Mumbai, and with further investigation reports later revealed that he was not wearing a seat belts in the rear seats. The 54-year-old former Tata Sons chairman and his co-passenger Jahangir Pandole, both killed in the car crash, were seated at the back seat and not wearing a seat belt. The autopsies of Mistry and Pandole revealed that they died of ‘severe head trauma and multiple external and internal injuries to vital organs’. Union minister Mr Nitin Gadkari said on Tuesday 06th September 2022 that from now onwards wearing seat belts would be mandatory for all passengers in a car, including those on rear seats, and flouting the rule will attract penalty.  The announcement was made only two days after from the date of incident reported.While the minister did not specify the quantum of fine on defaulters, he said seat belts, just like the installation of airbags for all passenge
